You may ask why there are not prices listed on the web site? The answer is because of the many options available in each range. This makes working out an accurate price confusing and is in no ones best interest

The web site allows you to browse our range, if you are interested in purchasing something then we need to formalize things and provide offer, consideration and acceptance of all orders.

A quote will be issued in writing to you with the items and options you have listed interest in. This will be the offer for consideration and your official purchase order is the acceptance.

Fabric choices will be confirmed with samples which Chairs & All can order from the Manufacturer. You may also request these samples directly from the manufacturer if you so wish. Links to three fabric manufacturers appear in the Links and Fabrics pages.

Orders are binding as all furniture from this business is custom made to your particular order. For this reason 50% deposit is required to follow all official orders. With the remaining 50% required after production is complete and items are ready for dispatch.

Delivery and installation charges for furniture are often expensive. Especially if we are dealing with a single item. We will endeavour to offer our services to all whom are interested, but we must point out that delivery charges can be a major factor depending on where you are located. For this reason all delivery charges are charged at cost plus 10%. You are welcome to arrange with us your own delivery if required.

We are located in the Hunter Region and are prepared to service personally from Sydney to the Hunter and above, also western New South Wales. Capital cities around Australia can also benefit from our products and services. For everybody else, we will do as much as we can via the web and that is quite alot!
