Chairs & All's Project Management Service is the area in which we turn your office design into your office Environment.
In most cases your local council will require a Development Application to be lodged, prior to engagement of contractors or commencement of work. Each Council will have their own criteria to be satisfied. This is becoming more standardised with the advent of the BCA (Building Code of Australia). This process can be managed on your behalf by Chairs & All with prompt responses to any required changes as sometimes required by Council. With this process completed we move onto engaging the contractors.
Many trades can be involved when looking at installing work stations and this is definitely the case with complete office fit outs. Our Project Management provides you with a single point of contact through your office changes. We have extensive exposure to the related tradesmen and their trades in the office industry, such as builders, electricians, cablers, carpet layers, refrigeration mechanics and the list goes on.
Chairs & All can converse with all involved in a knowledgeable, respectful way. Getting the team on your project together and co-coordinated with their areas of responsibilities and time lines worked out prior to any work commencing. This helps create a smooth project with the desired quality outcome you require from an area with this much expenditure attached.
